I'm constantly trying to reach them to no avail! No answer or whoever answers are no help! My acct is now in collections and it keeps effecting my credit! When you reach the credit department it says its closed and this is during regular banking hours! They just keep giving you numbers and when you call its the same voicemails over and over! I wonder whos getting paid to just sit there and not answer or not resolving any issues customers may have!

Hello, my name is Joseph Hernandez, I am trying to get information about my debit card and I have called the numbers that the card has and I went online, I called all those numbers and at no phone number could I get a representative from MCU, I am not registered in your recognition, for that reason I cannot speak with a representative, in all the numbers that you have for customer service, it is the same recording, in total I could NOT speak with any representative, I believe that the service The customer is rubbish, I'm sorry but that's how I feel, what is written here was through Google Translate, I wanted to know about my debit card if it is activated or not, but as I said before there is NO way to communicate with a representative, the reason I want to speak with one of you is to know if my card is active or not, I say this because I reported my lost card in Dec 2023 and to date I have not received any card, I don't know what happened, I want to know if my card is active or not, thank you and have better customer service, because this has NOT helped me personally, thank you.

Why do you need to speak to them about a card being active? You reported your card lost, so that card is not active and you don’t have you new card yet. So what are you asking about?

11/19/2023 mcu atm machine took my 4 four payroll checkes deposited and I transferred some some and my card not returned could not buy my bus ticke to go to Baltimore to see my family for thanksgivin.

Machine took card, made 4 payroll check deposits and a transfer to checking, since when is that a crime. Cannot buy bus tickets to visit my sister Baltimore. Spoke to several people after waiting 10-15 minutes to speak to someone Monday. Went to branch on Jay street, their card machine not working. .wasnt able to access my money till Wednesday.

MCU HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Ive trying to contact a rep for four (4) days now!

I received an email with an offer which directed to click a link that doesnt work !!! I copy the link and paste it in a open window to no avail. I called and the wait is outrageous!! They offer to call back but they never did !

I looked for a number on Google and called on Saturday and the guy told me that I needed to call on Monday or make an appointment ! Yet they dont have any branches near me!! Not even in my city!! Right now Ive been on hold for more than 30 minutes !

Of course they are offering to call me back but I already know how that goes! And I have an account with them but I DONT RECOMMEND MCU TO NOBODY!!!

I was scheduled for a call yesterday at 12 pm EST and no one called . Prior to appointment, I received so many reminders. Even got the person who I would be speaking to. I have been with MCU since 2011. Its such disrespect to be treated that way

I deposit a check on Dec 2, 2022 at the ATM Machine in the Bronx NY. The next day on my phone it told me that the funds will be cleared on the 6th of Dec. looking at the phone it cleared $225. By that evening the phone showed that the funds would be cleared by the 8th of December. $225 and $5300.00. and the rest of the money would be cleared by the 14th of December. Why did it take that long to clear a bank check one week for part and two weeks for the other part. There is something wrong with this picture.
