Worst customer service of any bank I have dealt with. Waiting times are absurd. Wheter in person or over the phone.

Mcu is so bad. Its a credit union. I used them to pay a credit card bill and it took forever for them to even pay it. Ut said it was taken out but then it took days for it to actually be released. When it was released my credit card comlany returned it saying insufficient funds. Mcu waits for you to spend your money and act like they take out the money when they're not really doing so. Worst bank I came in with all my documents and all I needed to do was bring in proof of insurance so when I bring in the document another lazy person said that my bill of sales in invalid since there is no vin in the document I told them that the time I placed the order the Car was not even built so the form would not have it The deal faxed over the info but the top got cut off and they are saying it is not valid I told her it is the same form... I reported a claim one month ago and I have yet to see any results. I provided them with police reports and everything they needed. i spoke to a supervisor who claimed she would have contacted me the following money with information and yet nothing happen. My money was used off my card since June 3 and I have yet to received any of my hard earn money. Then this me jorner *** decline my claim because I should have notice.

Truly the most incompetent people I've ever known to work at in a financial institution. The banking methods are archaic to say the least and the staff seem to qualify for the job straight out of high school. I have yet to talk to anyone here with any real financial know how. Try to find a real bank or credit union to put your money. The fact that their customer base is mostly minorities explains the reason for the sorry service. Its worst than... Read more

My card isn't able to order things so I call the company on the back they tell me to go to a branch I go to a branch they tell me everything is fine but I'm still not able to use my card it's annoying and when you call you can never get through to anyone and when you do they can't help

I went to the branch on Springfield Blvd and Merrill avenue in Jamaica ny. I was approved for a certain interest rate and was sent a letter confirming the details. I found a car and went back today, June 10th, to get the loan details sorted out. I was presented with so much resistance from Myota who was telling me that the interest rate had increased.
