Municipal Credit Union - Mcu Bank - Online Banking Review from New York, New York
I paid my Verizon bill with my MCU debit card 3/25 Friday morning . My on line account showed that the money was set aside as pending with my spendable balance showing the lesser amount.
3 days later on Monday night my online account showed the pending amount had been taken out, with my spendable balance showing what was left to spend obviously. I took out all of the remaining moneyand the next day my account was in the negative for the amount that was supposedly already taken out.
Basically I paid a bill and it took 4 days for them to release the money and even though they showed it was taken out, it wasn't really taken out, so I take out my spendable balance but it wasn't really my spendable balance and then they put me in the negative for their mistake.
Get it together!
