IT APEARS THAT MCU BANK HAS MORE AND MORE STAFF WHO'S BEHAVIORS ARE

APPALLING TOWARDS THEIR BANK MEMBERS.

RECENTLY, I TELEPHONED MCU CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. TWO OF THE EMPLOYEES

WERE DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE.

AFTER I WAITED SEVERAL MINUTES, A FEMALE CUSTOMER REPRESENTIVE, IDENTIFIED

HERSELF, THEN HUNG UP THE TELEPHONE AS I BEGAN TO SPEAK.

I REDIALED CUSTOMER SERVICE, IN ORDER TO: INQUIRE ABOUT BANKING TRANSACTION

AND ALSO TO MAKE A COMPLAINT.

THUS, A MALE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE ANSWERED MY CALL.

I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A STAFF SUPERVISOR, AFTER I HAD GIVEN HIM THE

REQUIRED I.D., BUT HE ADAMATELY REFUSED TO HONOR MY REQUEST, HE GAVE ME NUMEROUS EXCUSES. IT OBVIOUSLY APPEARED AS IF HE WAS TRYING TO PROTECT HIS

FEMALE COWORKER. THESE TWO WORKERS CLEARLY DEMONSTRATED THEIR UNPROFESSIONALITY. I QUESTION THE QUALITY OF MCU SERVICE, THESE DAYS.
